Toronto based mezzo-soprano Kristina Alexander is excited to be on tour with the Canadian Chamber Choir. Her recent appearances include the role of the Sorceress in Tafelmusik’s summer production of “Dido and Aeneas”, as well as the role of Second Witch in the same opera with Theatre of Early Music last year. Kristina’s performances include work with Metro Youth Opera, Tapestry Opera, The National Youth Choir (2010, 2012), The Canadian Opera Company Chorus (2014), Opera Canada Chorus and The Canadian Chamber Choir.
A busy performer and teacher, Kristina maintains a private studio and is a voice instructor at Canada Christian College. She is currently completing her DMA in Voice Performance and Pedagogy at the University of Toronto with Daniel Taylor, and is excited to be on tour the Canadian Chamber Choir again!
